After placing your order successfully, you’ll receive a confirmation email/SMS with your order ID.

Here’s how to track your order:

1. Click the order link in your email/SMS.
2. Or go to the “Order Tracking” page and enter your order reference number + the email you used to purchase.

👉 The system will instantly show you the status of your order: confirmed, in progress, or delivered.

👉 We’re sorry that NOMART can’t fulfill your request! Please contact us via the information on our Contact page so the NOMART team can assist you with the order cancellation. Note: Orders that have already been shipped or invoiced cannot be canceled.

👉 Our website supports two main languages: Vietnamese and English. In order to switch to the English version of the website, simply access the website with the following link OR select English from the language selector on the sidebar, top or bottom of the website.

👉 NOMART calculates the shipping fees based on your delivery address and the shipping time you choose. For orders within Ho Chi Minh City over 349,000 VND, shipping is free! 🚚✨

👉 NOMART delivers to all provinces and cities nationwide (except for remote island districts such as Con Dao, etc). For temperature-sensitive items like chocolate, we’ll notify you in advance and may limit delivery to inner Ho Chi Minh City only.

👉 Please refer to the estimated delivery times below (may vary due to factors beyond our control such as weather, incidents, etc):

• Ho Chi Minh City: 4 hours – 2 days from order confirmation
• Southern Region: 2–3 days from order confirmation
• Central & Northern Regions (standard): 3–4 days from order confirmation
• Central & Northern Regions (express): 2 days from order confirmation
• Remote districts in Central & Northern Regions: may add +1 extra day to the delivery time

👉 After an initial assessment of the order’s defect, if it qualifies for a return or exchange, NOMART will cover all shipping costs for the process (see more details here).

👉 Just contact us via Facebook, Instagram, or the information on our Contact page, and we’ll assist you with your return or exchange!

👉 Once we receive the defective product and confirm that your order is eligible for return or exchange, NOMART will process it within 1–2 business days. For refunds: we will return the money within the next 1–2 business days. For exchanges: we’ll replace the item with a new or different product and deliver it to you within the next 1–3 business days (see detailed information here).

👉 Not at all — NOMART does not store and cannot access your card number or banking information. All payment transactions are processed directly through secure payment gateways that follow strict security standards, so you can shop with a complete peace of mind.

👉 You can reset your password as long as you still have access to your account’s email. To do so, simply go to this link and enter your registered email address. NOMART’s system will then send instructions to your email to help you set a new password (make sure to keep it safe this time).
